Our Mission

Chief Treats was started by me, a single dad of two boys and a dog. There are many reasons I wanted to begin this journey. To follow my dreams, to provide for my family, to help support animal shelters and to give every dog and cat a delicious treat.

My mission is to do all of these things and to inspire people to always work hard toward their dreams while supporting each other along the way.

Chief

Here he is, the pup that inspired it all! Chief! He is a Jack Russell with a lot of love and energy! He can't get enough of the treats I make for him and he loves to play fetch. I adopted Chief August of 2021, his birthday is June 18th, 2021.

Thank you for visiting my site! My name is William and I am the owner of Chief Treats LLC.

I started this business as a way to begin following my dreams toward the future I want for my children, my dog, and myself. I am a single father of two boys who is working a rewarding, but typical Monday - Friday career and also working PRN in a local hospital. While I love what I do, I began to understand by helping others that I too needed to work toward my own dreams.

I believe in hard work and overcoming challenges, and helping others as much as possible. I believe that you shouldn't let any circumstance prevent you from reaching your goals.

Helpers

Occasionally your orders may receive a little extra help from my two helpers! I promise they are as hard working and as thoughtful with your pup's treats as I am!

So why dog treats?

Aside from the fact that I love dogs.... It's simple, I bought a dog and like all people who love their dogs, I was giving him treats. Admittedly, those treats I bought for Chief were not ideal. I didn't realize this at first, but I KNEW something was wrong when I could smell what I thought were chemicals. A quick look at the ingredients list, and some searching on Google, and it was easy to see I was giving Chief something that would be horrible for him. I know there are many other dog parents out there who care about what they feed to their pups, but sometimes even the "healthy" choices are still filled with questionable ingredients. From that point on my motto became,

Simple and that makes it delicious.
